Project Results

The finished system allows every area of the camp to operate independently while still staying connected. From nightly stories inside bunkhouses to campus-wide announcements, staff can now manage communication across the entire property from one unified system.

About the project

This project involved designing audio systems across an entire camp campus, including bunkhouses, a gym, a shul, pool areas, and shared gathering spaces. The goal was to make each building easy to use on its own while still allowing the entire campus to connect when needed. We also had to rework existing infrastructure after discovering some of the original wiring wasn't suitable for the planned system. Special attention was given to flexibility. Counselors can operate audio independently in each bunkhouse, while staff can also make campus-wide announcements across multiple buildings when needed.
